Providing a Training Plan only would include the following:
- Completion of a questionnaire & a waiver
- Initial consultation (via email or phone) to discuss your current fitness level
- Evaluation of your current race goals
- Creation of a personalized training plan
This type of service would be excellent for an experienced runner who can execute the plan independently, without needing an everyday coach to depend upon.
- 8 weeks: $60
- 12 weeks: $90
- 16 weeks: $120
All monies are due PRIOR to the release of the Training Plan & are to be paid via PayPal. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
